Shipping Operations Manager

As our new Shipping Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of spare parts and equipment to our customers in the Americas, Europe, and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement globally aligned KPIs to drive end-to-end delivery performance
  • Align and standardize processes, SOPs, delivery service offerings, and digitalization with global ways of working
  • Maintain strong relationships with Procurement, Sales & Order Fulfillment teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Lead a department of 3 shipping engineers, overseeing daily management and performance
  • Monitor and analyze monthly freight costs to optimize financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations, HS codes, Incoterms, and country of origin requirements
  • Support Procurement and Manufacturing on inbound flow from external suppliers
  • Manage HR-related tasks for the team, including performance management and development
