Wij zijn een dynamische organisatie die op zoek is naar een ervaren inkoopadviseur om ons team te versterken.
Als inkoopadviseur bij The New Staff ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig uitvoeren en projectmatig aansturen van aanbestedingsprocedures. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van de kostenefficiëntie en kwaliteitsstandaarden van onze leveringen en diensten.
Je adviseert over inkoopstrategieën aan het management en geeft gevraagd en ongevraagd advies over het inkoop- en aanbestedingsbeleid. Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan het professionaliseren van de inkoopfunctie en optimaliseren van de systemen.
Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit:
- Enkelvoudige en meervoudig onderhandse aanbestedingen ten behoeve van de bedrijfsprocessen van The New Staff.
- Verantwoordelijk voor de volledigheid van het aanbestedingsdossier, publiceren van de aanbesteding op Tenderned en begeleiden van de selectie tot het contract is ondertekend.
- Het actualiseren van de inkoopkalender van The New Staff.
- Het overkoepelend bewaken van contracten met leveranciers, inclusief het opstellen, beoordelen en onderhandelen van contracten.
- Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen binnen The New Staff om hun inkoopbehoeften te begrijpen en te voldoen.
- Het periodiek uitvoeren van uitgavenanalyse (Spend-analyse) om mogelijkheden voor kostenbesparing, efficiëntieverbetering en risicobeperking in het inkoopproces te identificeren en te garanderen.
- Identificeren en beheren van risico's die verbonden zijn aan het inkoopproces, zoals leveranciersrisico's, contractrisico's en potentiële juridische, administratieve of reputatieschade die The New Staff kan oplopen als gevolg van het niet naleven van wetten, regels en beleidslijnen.
- Samenwerken in de procesketen met de professionals van HR, Financiën, ICT en communicatie.
Wij zoeken een flexibele, proactieve en enthousiaste collega die graag zijn of haar tanden zet in de inkoopopgaven van The New Staff.
Jij hebt je sporen al enigszins verdiend in de inkoop en hebt een mening over hoe contractbeheer en management in een organisatie georganiseerd hoort te zijn. Je bent een professionele denker én doener die gemakkelijk het gesprek aan kan met medewerkers en leidinggevenden in de organisatie.
