We are seeking a talented Business Operation Intern to join our dynamic Business Operation Team at Dahua Europe B.V.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Job Overview:

  • Support the BO Manager and BO Assistant with daily tasks and responsibilities;
  • Assist in managing company assets and company car fleet;
  • Enhance internal communication through various company platforms;
  • Perform office assistant activities (e.g., answering incoming calls, hotel bookings, mail handling, office supplies, etc.);
  • Support the Sales Team members in generating invoices through our billing system;
  • Initiate payments in our internal finance system.

Requirements:

  • Third or fourth year in business or international studies preferably; students with other interests are also encouraged to apply;
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken); Dutch would be considered an advantage;
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office Excel and computer literate;
  • Self-starter with ability to work with little supervision;
  • Accuracy in this role is mandatory;
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
  • Home location should be within 1 hour commuting distance from our office;
  • 40 hours per week (32 hours per week is negotiable);
  • 5 – 6 months available with immediate start.
