About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Manager to join our global marketing team at Fellowmind Netherlands. As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies that drive our sales-driven marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement content strategies that align with our sales-driven marketing goals.
  • Develop high-quality content for various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Ensure all content aligns with our brand's tone of voice and strategic positioning.
  • Lead content creation for global marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to develop campaign concepts and messaging.
  • Manage content calendars and timelines to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide guidance and support to regional marketing teams in their content creation efforts.
  • Ensure localized content is consistent with global strategies and brand messaging.
  • Review and approve regional content to maintain quality and alignment.

Requirements

  • A relevant academic background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in content creation and management, preferably in a global setting.
  • Strong understanding of sales-driven content and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong skills in managing external agencies, freelancers, or creative partners, including overseeing multiple vendors and budgets simultaneously.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
