About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Development Specialist to join our team at DEME Group. As a Project Development Specialist, you will be responsible for working closely with our project team and vessel crew to prepare and plan the operational execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers and vessel captains to deliver cutting-edge projects that address some of the world's most pressing challenges.
  • Ensure project objectives are met on time and on budget, and provide logistics support to our vessels.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, taking into account budgeting, calculation, and execution of civil works.

Requirements:

  • Qualified civil or industrial engineer, preferably in construction or electro-mechanics.
  • Strong interest in marine and hydraulic engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to express yourself fluently in spoken and written English.
