Bij BDO Nederland ben je als Medewerker Business Support / Secretaresse nauw betrokken bij de procedures en processen. Je biedt samen met het secretarieel team de ondersteuning die op dat moment nodig is. Je bent samen met het team voor een groot aantal secretariële en ondersteunende werkzaamheden verantwoordelijk.

De functie is initiërend, organisatorisch en uitvoerend van aard. Geen dag is daardoor hetzelfde. Hierbij vind je het leuk om op hoog niveau volledige, professionele ondersteuning te bieden en voer je deze werkzaamheden met veel plezier uit.

Als Medewerker Business Support / Secretaresse:

  • Maak je de rapporten en andere correspondentie verzendklaar;
  • Ondersteun je de afdeling bij de verwerking van de inkomende en uitgaande post;
  • Beantwoord je (inhoudelijke) telefoontjes en wanneer nodig verbind je door;
  • Ondersteun je in agendabeheer, planning van afspraken en boek je vergaderruimtes;
  • Ben je verantwoordelijk voor de juiste digitale archivering van stukken.
