Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support our team at Kevin Edward. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying process improvements, and ensuring that technical solutions meet organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Needs and Process Analysis:
- Conduct thorough analysis of business needs and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain AS-IS and TO-BE process documentation to ensure clarity and understanding.
- Requirements and Solution Support:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements for technical solutions.
- Support the design and testing phases to ensure that technical solutions align with business needs.
- Documentation and Backlog Management:
- Manage and update product backlogs and other Business Analysis deliverables, including Use Cases, User Stories, and Impact Assessment Documents.
- Project Support and Liaison:
- Provide support for project activities by offering clarifications and acting as a liaison between business users, key stakeholders, and technical experts.
- Market Research and Solution Assessment:
- Participate in market research and solutions assessment to identify appropriate tools that meet both business and technical needs.
