**Maersk: A Global Leader in Container Logistics**

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Logistics Excellence Specialist in Rotterdam. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their transportation journey.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of people and contribute to our mission of becoming the Global Integrator of container logistics.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Customer Understanding: Build a deep understanding of our customers' needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Solution Development: Provide innovative solutions to customer issues and act as a voice of the customer within the organization.
  • Communication: Communicate proactively with customers, keeping them informed of relevant topics and updates.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including Sales Specialists and Operations, to ensure prompt and safe delivery of cargo.
  • Upselling/Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services that add value to our customers.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Analyze root causes of issues and implement improvements to prevent future occurrences.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Logistics Experience: Strong preference for candidates with experience in logistics or ocean transport.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English and Dutch is required.
  • Customer Focus: Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and building long-term relationships.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders, influence without authority, and handle customer complaints effectively.
