About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consulting Partner to join our team at Kyndryl Nederland B.V. As a key member of our global consulting practice, you will play a critical role in driving digital transformation and innovation for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex consulting engagements and drive business growth through strategic advisory services.
  • Develop and execute innovative solutions to address clients' most pressing challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and exceed client expectations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 15 years of professional experience in IT consulting, program, and/or project management at a senior leadership level.
  • In-depth knowledge and extensive experience within the Financial Services and Insurance sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in consultative selling and achieving sales targets through a consultative approach.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and triggers within the Financial Services and Insurance market.
  • Proficient with technology and a high level of tech-savviness.
Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A proven track record in IT Consulting or IT Management Consulting with regional or global consulting firms.
  • Subject-matter expertise in areas such as Cloud, Mainframe, Networking, and Edge, Data & Application, Security & Resilience, and Digital Workplace.
  • Experience in building cross-unit notoriety as a subject-matter expert and demonstrating subject-matter expertise externally with clients.
