About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Transformation Director to lead our procurement technology team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the delivery and continuous improvement of our digital tools and third-party solution/service partners in procurement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction to a multidisciplinary digital delivery team focused on building a digital and data-enabled procurement organization.
  • Develop and implement digital procurement and procurement analytics solutions to drive business value.
  • Lead the deployment of multiple digital platforms for procurement, including spend analytics, contract analytics, supply chain risk, SRM, sustainability, and digital scouting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and manage budgets, resource plans, and project timelines to ensure successful delivery of digital projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT partners, and vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform digital transformation strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a project/program manager in e-procurement and digital supply chain.
  • Experience leading the deployment teams of Source to Pay technology globally.
  • Extensive knowledge of the technology landscape in source to pay, SRM, category strategy, and procurement analytics.
  • Experience executing projects with agile methodology.
  • Good understanding of tech concepts like cloud, AI, SaaS, BI, data engineering.
  • Negotiation and vendor management.
  • Strategy and consulting skills.
  • Client-centricity, stakeholder management skills.
