Role Overview

As the Digital Media Manager, you will be an integral member of the Media Team, collaborating closely with the Media Director and Media Manager. This team is dedicated to optimizing media investments to enhance brand growth in conjunction with business objectives.

Your primary focus will be on advancing knowledge and quality across all digital channels, emphasizing performance media that drives sales and retail media initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the formulation of our digital and retail media strategy, ensuring effective execution across all marketing teams.
  • Manage partnerships with the retail media and digital teams from our agency, working in tandem with marketing and e-commerce specialists across L'Oréal's divisions.
  • Engage directly with local retailers to develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs), aligning media strategies with their objectives for mutual growth.
  • Drive and implement the Test & Learn agenda, translating JBPs with key partners into actionable plans that enhance media strategy and campaign effectiveness.
  • Utilize your expertise in retailer data to prepare L'Oréal for the evolving digital landscape, particularly in the cookieless era.
  • Serve as the go-to expert for digital media knowledge and execution within L'Oréal, providing guidance and support to marketing teams.
  • Enhance the digital media proficiency of marketers by sharing insights on search, sponsored products, and emerging formats and channels.
  • Monitor the performance of the L'Oréal Digital Platform Golden Rules to improve media campaigns while maintaining overall media strategy integrity.

Ideal Qualifications

  • A Master's degree.
  • Proven digital experience with a data-driven approach.

  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in either Dutch or French.
  • Several years of relevant work experience, ideally in a digital role within a media agency.
