Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our Marketing Programs, handling external and internal order/invoice procedures, and maintaining all social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of regional marketing plans, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Handle the logistics of all marketing goods, including procurement and inventory management.
  • Support the Marketing team in CRM activities, including data management and email marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain and update all social media channels, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Support customers with general marketing inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Participate in events and trade shows, supporting logistics and coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with web content management systems and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • A friendly and helpful personality, with a strong customer focus.
