Market Access Project Support: A Key Role in Driving Innovation

About the Role

This part-time position (3/5) is an exciting opportunity to join our Benelux Chapter MA team. As a Project Support Officer, you'll work closely with our Pricing Manager Belux and collaborate with a team of 12 colleagues in Diegem and Hoofddorp. Your primary focus will be on providing administrative and functional support to the Chapter MA, as well as contributing to specific departmental projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative and functional support in the Chapter MA, including monitoring and handling incoming correspondence and documentation.
  • Ensure efficient communication and coordination between departments, connecting internal colleagues with the right people.
  • Prepare meetings, including coordinating content, inviting participants, and overseeing the course of events.
  • Collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents for meetings.
  • Gather feedback and track action lists and open items.
  • Manage process and system administration, including contract management, IT equipment, and information classification.
  • Create purchase requests and follow up on invoicing.
  • Initiate and contribute to process optimization within the department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience, with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and intercultural communication and coordination skills.
  • Full proficiency in English and Dutch, with a good level of French.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools and ability to work with multiple complex systems.
  • Flexible and agile working style.
  • Sensitivity to confidential matters.
  • Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
