Project Support Officer Market Access

Job Summary:

We're looking for a Project Support Officer to enable our team to execute their responsibilities in an effective and efficient manner and deliver functional objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative and functional support in the Chapter MA and overall support for specific departmental projects.
  • Monitor and deal with incoming correspondence and documentation.
  • Know where to find relevant information and connect internal colleagues with the right person.
  • Prepare meetings, including coordination of content, logistical matters, and invites participants.
  • Collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents for meetings.
  • Gather feedback and proactive tracking of action lists and open items.
  • Process and system management, including contract management, IT equipment, and information classification.
  • Create purchase requests and follow up invoicing.
  • Initiate and contribute to process optimization within the department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and intercultural communication and coordination skills.
  • Full proficiency in English and Dutch and a very good level of French.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools and ability to work with multiple complex systems.
  • Flexible and agile way of working.
  • Sensitivity to confidential matters.
  • Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
