Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for supporting our marketing programs, handling external and internal order/invoice procedures, and maintaining our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of regional marketing plans, ensuring timely approvals and clear reporting.
  • Manage external and internal order/invoice procedures, ensuring seamless logistics and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to CRM activities, focusing on data management and email marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain and update all social media channels, ensuring consistent branding and engaging content.
  • Oversee the logistics of marketing materials, ensuring timely delivery and effective distribution.
  • Provide customer support for general marketing inquiries, offering expert advice and guidance.
  • Participate in events, supporting logistics, coordination, and overall event management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or MBO education diploma in Marketing or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with MS Dynamics skills being a plus.
  • Excellent command of English, with additional European languages being an asset.
  • Web content management experience and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly and helpful personality, with excellent communication skills.
