About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Procurement Professional to join our Global Indirect Procurement Team. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to global projects and strategy for the Professional Services team, including consulting, outsourcing, trainings, and real estate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead sourcing projects, including RFI and RFP, and collect and analyze complex data from various sources.
  • Explore and recommend identified efficiency opportunities and support the business with implementations.
  • Present conclusions and recommendations in a structured and effective way to stakeholders.
  • Build market knowledge and intelligence.
  • Support operational procurement activities, including contract lifecycle management and price analysis.
About You

We are looking for a master's student in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with already procurement experience. You should have strong communication skills, be highly motivated, and proactive. You should also have proficient knowledge of Excel and analytical skills to transform data into useful insights.

Requirements
  • Enrolled as a master's student during the whole internship period.
  • Available for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week.
  • Fluent in English - spoken and written.
  • Ability to work from Hoofddorp 2 days per week.
  • Relocation to the Netherlands required.
