Role Overview:

As the Digital Media Manager, you will be an integral member of the Media Team, collaborating closely with the Media Director and Media Manager. This team is dedicated to optimizing media investments to enhance brand growth alongside business objectives.

The Digital Media Manager is responsible for advancing the expertise and quality across all digital platforms, focusing particularly on performance media that drives sales and retail media initiatives.

Your collaboration will extend to our media agency and partners, including Google, Facebook, and TikTok, on two pivotal fronts:

  • Driving Innovation: Collaborate to formulate hypotheses for media testing and innovative strategies, consistently seeking to elevate campaign effectiveness.
  • Enhancing Retail Media: Work in partnership with the agency and e-marketing leads to refine and enhance our retail media strategy, maximizing its impact.

You will gather best practices and disseminate this knowledge across various marketing teams to elevate organizational capabilities and improve media performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of our digital and retail media strategy, ensuring its effective implementation across all marketing teams and acting as the execution guardian to achieve impactful results.
  • Manage partnerships with the retail media and digital teams from our agency, collaborating closely with marketing and e-commerce specialists across L'Oréal's four divisions.
  • Engage directly with local retailers to co-create Joint Business Plans (JBPs), ensuring alignment of media strategies with their objectives for mutual growth.
  • Drive and execute the Test & Learn agenda, translating JBPs with Google, Facebook, and TikTok into actionable plans that enhance local relevance and media effectiveness.
  • Utilize your expertise in retailer data to prepare L'Oréal BNL for the cookieless future by advancing the T&L agenda, positioning us for sustained success.
  • Serve as the primary resource for digital media knowledge and execution within L'Oréal, becoming the go-to expert for all digital media inquiries.
  • Facilitate the upskilling of marketing teams in digital media knowledge, covering areas such as search, sponsored products, and emerging formats/channels/tactics.
  • Monitor the performance and adherence to the L'Oréal Digital Platform Golden Rules, aiming to enhance media campaigns while safeguarding the overall media strategy.
