About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Manager to join our team at L'Oréal Benelux. As a key member of our Media Team, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital media strategy and ensuring its successful implementation across all marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute our digital and retail media strategy, ensuring alignment with our business goals and objectives.
  • Manage partnerships with our retail media team, digital team, and marketing specialists to drive media performance and growth.
  • Collaborate with local retailers to develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and ensure our media strategies are aligned with their goals.
  • Drive the Test & Learn agenda, translating JBP's into test plans and implementing them into our media strategy to drive more efficient and impactful campaigns.
  • Prepare L'Oréal BNL for the cookieless era by driving the &P T&L agenda and ensuring we are ahead of the curve.
  • Upskill the digital media knowledge of our marketers and ensure they have the necessary skills to execute our digital media strategy.
  • Monitor the performance and implementation of our L'Oréal Digital Platform Golden Rules to improve our media campaigns and guard our overall media strategy.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Digital experience and a data-driven approach.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to set priorities in a VUCA world.
  • Proficiency in English and either Dutch or French.
  • Minimum years of work experience, preferably in a digital role within a media agency.
