About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Shopping Ads Specialist to join our team at Producthero. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping online marketing agencies and retailers maximize the impact of our tools to drive campaign success.

As a Shopping Ads Specialist, you will provide data-driven optimization advice for product campaigns, stay current with industry updates, and actively share your expertise through blog content, external platforms, and presentations. You will conduct onboarding calls with new clients, as well as deliver training sessions and presentations to agencies and customers.

Responsibilities
  • You will serve as the main point of contact for your assigned customers and be responsible for a timely response to their questions and requests.
  • You will schedule product demos with our customers to give them a good understanding of our platform and tools and how they can improve their campaigns by using our tools.
  • You will analyze accounts and advise on best practices to improve results using our tools.
  • You will pick up support requests from clients that need more extensive knowledge of Google Shopping or our platform from either your own clients or support a colleague on this.
  • You will identify cross or upselling opportunities for your clients.
  • You will support and educate the Customer Success team and other colleagues on new developments in Google Shopping or the Merchant Center.
  • You will add value to the company by suggesting new features and giving feedback to the product team on features or enhancements related to our platform.
About You
  • You have a genuine enthusiasm for SEM, with a focus on optimizing shopping ads and driving measurable results.
  • You are excited to master Producthero's tools and motivated to help clients get the most out of them.
  • You bring a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in SEM, with proven success in campaign management and performance optimization.
  • You have experience working with or for online retailers or digital marketing agencies, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in these sectors.
  • You can convey complex information clearly and effectively, both in writing and in presentations, making technical concepts accessible to diverse audiences.
  • You are result-oriented and have a keen eye for detail.
  • You are fluent in both Dutch and English.
