Marketing Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our team at XD Connects B.V. in Europe. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for designing and leading our global marketing strategy, tailoring approaches for different markets and distribution channels. You will use market insights, competitor analyses, and sales data to discover new opportunities and optimize our go-to-market approach.

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive growth and impact across Europe and beyond
  • Lead our social media strategy, manage our websites and web shops, and introduce innovative e-commerce tools
  • Oversee every aspect of our marketing universe, from managing marketing budgets to rolling out European fairs and catalogues
  • Present market trends, campaign results, and KPIs to our Board and contribute to big decisions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, with proven success in digital and offline marketing
  • Creative data-driven thinking, with the ability to create killer campaigns and dive into data to track success
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Innovative and collaborative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and work well with others
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital tools and trends
