Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. as a Project Lead Engineer E-House. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing technical designs for modular units, addressing challenges related to layout, component selection, fire safety, cooling, mechanical interfaces, electrical auxiliary systems, and cabling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement technical designs for modular units, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to address technical challenges and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Review and approve technical specifications and detailed designs.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, considering commercial aspects and project timelines.
  • Organize and participate in factory tests (FAT) with clients, ensuring successful project closure.
  • Prepare and provide documentation for assembly and commissioning, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Resolve outstanding issues and ensure project closure, initiating and driving improvement proposals as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, interface, or systems engineering.
  • Preferably experienced in international projects, with a strong understanding of global market trends and regulations.
  • A precise, critical thinker with broad technical interests, capable of independent and collaborative work.
  • Flexible, pragmatic, and results-oriented, with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English; Dutch proficiency is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work on-site at client locations and production sites, both domestically and internationally.
