Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is essential, along with strong IT skills. Applicants must demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities, organizational capabilities, and effective communication skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently under tight deadlines with minimal oversight is crucial, as is a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in sensitive matters. Experience in event coordination, human resources, and financial management within higher education settings is advantageous. The successful candidates will support the Community Child Health Unit and assist in a significant multidisciplinary initiative focused on children and families in underprivileged areas, along with additional responsibilities as assigned. Availability for evening and public holiday work may be necessary. Selected candidates will be invited for an interview.
A competitive salary will be offered, commensurate with qualifications and experience, alongside annual leave and medical benefits. Fixed-term appointments will include a contract-end gratuity and contributions to a retirement benefits scheme, amounting to up to 10% of the basic salary.
