As a Junior E-Commerce Operations Coordinator Intern at Cartier, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of online orders from start to finish. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the operational follow-up of online orders, handling inquiries from the customer service team, and acting as the main point of contact between the team and various operational stakeholders.
Additional Duties:
In addition to managing online orders, you will also be responsible for organizing and following up on exceptional order and delivery services for high-value orders, executing the gifting program on a weekly basis, and troubleshooting and providing support for any ad hoc issues that may arise. Your excellent English communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment will be essential in this role.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a positive and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about making a mark in the luxury industry, particularly in the operational side of e-commerce. You should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to structure and organize your work effectively. Having knowledge of SAP and Zendesk is a plus, but not required. If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding role that will allow you to grow and develop your skills, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
