Product Lifecycle Manager for High-Tech Projects

About UsOur Services Segment is responsible for providing product life cycle management solutions to our customers. We have around 200 employees working day and night to continuously optimize the operational availability of our customers' systems.
About the RoleIn this challenging job, you will provide direction, guidance, and coaching to project managers within our Services Segment. You will be part of a team of 15 professionals who are dedicated to keeping our products operational for our customers.
Your Responsibilities- You will take responsibility for developing strategies and directions together with product managers to keep our Legacy products operational at our customers.
- You will manage resources, knowledge, and obsolescence management topics on a daily basis.
- You will be responsible for delivering services (wrt products/solutions) we have contractually agreed with our customers.
Your Team Management role involves two interdependent roles:
- As Team Manager Product Lifecycle Management, you will develop a strategy and direction together with product managers to keep our Legacy products operational at our customers.
- As Team Manager Service Delivery, you will take responsibility towards our Customer Project Managers, Product Project Managers, and Service Delivery Managers to deliver the services (wrt products/solutions) we have contractually agreed with our customers.
- You have proven experience as a leader (project/product) in a technical environment.
- You have good skills in product/project management methods.
- You have relevant experience in managing complex products/projects.
- You have excellent leadership skills.
- You are strong in motivating and structuring members of all levels.
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You have good commercial skills.
- You are fluent in English.

- A good salary (€60,000 - €80,000 per year), fitting travel allowance, and the ability to personalize your employment conditions.
- 40 days off per year (PTO).
We offer a competitive salary based on your experience and qualifications, ranging from €60,000 to €80,000 per year, plus a fitting travel allowance and benefits package.
