About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Insights Developer to join our Digital organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing complex solutions on Microsoft's Customer Insights Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technical solutions for Customer Insights feature requests
  • Lead and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical solution designs
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Customer Insights Developer in a fast-paced, technology-driven organization
  • Strong technical background on the MS Dynamics platform, including.NET, Power Platform, and Azure
  • Excellent problem-solving and mentoring skills
  • Strong communication skills in English, Dutch is a plus
What We Offer

We offer a competitive gross annual salary between €79,000 and €120,000, including FlexBudget, 8% holiday allowance, and a bonus or collective profit sharing.
