Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Customer Insights Developer to join our Digital organization. As a Senior Customer Insights Developer, you will develop complex solutions on Microsoft's Customer Insights Platform. You will be the tech lead for everything Customer Insights-related within the Digital Organization and will drive technical solution designs. In this role, you will spend half of your time developing while mentoring and coaching junior developers and designing technical solutions will be the other half.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Customer Insights Developer gained from a fast-moving, technology-driven, complex organization
  • Strong technical background on the MS Dynamics platform, including.NET, Power Platform, Azure
  • Very comfortable building integrations and configurations on MS Power Platform, strong API experience adhering to guidelines and best practices as prescribed by Solution Architect
  • In-depth knowledge of and hands-on implementation experience with MS Customer Insights, including Customer Insights Data and Journeys
  • Excellent problem-solving and mentoring skills
  • Strong communication skills in English, Dutch will be an advantage

  • Gross annual salary between €79,000 and €120,000
