Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Crew Coordinator to join our team at Clarksons PLC. As a Crew Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of crew changes, which are essential for maintaining operational continuity in our clients' offshore projects.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate crew changes, including drafting and managing schedules, arranging travel and accommodation, and ensuring compliance with visa requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in vessel agency operations to track ship arrival and departure times, and coordinate logistical aspects of crew changes.
  • Communicate effectively with crew members, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of crew changes.
  • Manage and record expenses related to crew changes, including tracking budgets and processing invoices.
  • Anticipate and resolve any issues that may arise during crew changes, such as delays, cancellations, or logistical complications.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and requests simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
