Customer Operations Specialist

About the Role
The Customer Operations Technician is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data centers. This includes monitoring network and critical facility infrastructure, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with Technical Operations teams to maintain 100% uptime.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network and critical facility infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide timely and effective customer service support to internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with Technical Operations teams to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless operations.
- Support customer demands, including remote hands support for network devices, cabling, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Vocational level (MBO level 4) qualification in a technical field (qualified electricians are a distinct advantage).
- 2-5 years of relevant experience as a technician in Telco, IT, or DC background (preferred but not essential).
- Experience working in a client-facing data center or technical experience in a customer service-oriented organization is preferred.
- Fluent in English.
