Senior Corporate Business Control Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Business Control professional to join our team at Envalior.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is part of our efforts to strengthen the foundation of our newly formed global engineering materials company. As a key member of our Global Finance team, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive financial management reports essential for driving business operations.

Your responsibility will be to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting based on JV Accounting principles (IFRS), guaranteeing that the reports are thorough, precise, and adhere to the specified timelines established by the Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Reporting Roadmap: Develop a strategic roadmap for management reporting, aligning with the Group's goals and objectives.
  • Determine Relevant KPIs: Identify and define key performance indicators and measures to drive business success.
  • Drive Forecasting Process: Lead the forecasting process, providing timely and accurate reports to support management decision-making.
  • Create Management Reports: Design and produce monthly management reports and board reporting packages, ensuring high-quality content and timely delivery.
  • Monitor Performance: Track and analyze key performance metrics, defining goals and establishing benchmarks for improvement.
  • Data Gathering: Collect and compile data from Controlling teams, ensuring seamless integration into consolidation and management reporting structures.
  • Analyze and Interpret Data: Translate complex data into actionable insights, supporting business decisions and strategy development.
Requirements

To succeed in this challenging role, we seek an individual with a strong background in accounting/finance, preferably holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree, with minimum 5 years of work experience.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent conceptual skills, be highly driven, self-propelling, and able to take initiative to go above and beyond in adding value.
