We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Critical Facilities Technician to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical and facility support in a 24x7 data center environment, including maintenance and oversight of electrical, HVAC, civil, and building management systems.
- Take ownership of IMDC's critical power, cooling/environmental, security, and support systems and facilities to meet or exceed uptime service levels.
- Proactively support the safety of the environment and occupants and ensure all safety procedures are adhered to while performing work.
- Perform limited maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operation of the data center heating and cooling systems and overall facility.
- Monitor, resolve, and update all assigned service tickets using IMDC's ticketing system.
- 3-5 years of experience in a critical operations environment and/or data center experience preferred.
- Multi-tasking and attention to detail are essential.
- Organization and prioritization skills are required to manage time with minimal supervision.
- Dedication and a desire to learn are essential for career growth within Iron Mountain.
- Customer service mentality is a must.
