About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at OnLogic. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining and protecting our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our global network, servers, and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our company's global network infrastructure, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Assist in maintaining our company's Cloud services, ensuring seamless integration and operation
  • Monitor events and incidents to ensure security and performance, taking proactive measures to prevent downtime and data breaches
  • Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement effective solutions to complex technical problems
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to user inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of network management, Linux, and Windows operating systems
  • Experience with cloud collaboration tools, such as Google Workspace
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
