About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Project Manager to join our Global Security unit at Swift. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex cybersecurity projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, technical requirements, and results.
  • Facilitate decision-making processes to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ensure that all projects adhere to the organization's security policies and frameworks.
  • Manage project timeline ensuring it aligns with business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related activities, maintaining regular communication with team members.
  • Present project status, risks, and issues to senior management.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on cybersecurity and emerging threats.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of the project and adjust plans as necessary to address any technical challenges.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Supervise the procurement of tools, software, and services to support project activities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. A Master's degree or equivalent experience or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, CISM) is a plus.
  • Ability to demonstrate ability in project management, with at least 3 years focused on cybersecurity projects.
  • Consistent track record of successfully leading large-scale, technical cybersecurity projects from initiation to completion.
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and frameworks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
