Assistant Trade Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Trade Marketing professional to join our team at Ferrero. As a key member of our Trade Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in implementing our Category Management strategies for our retailer partners.
Main Responsibilities:As Assistant Trade Marketing, you will be responsible for analyzing our performance and promotional activities in the Dutch market. You will need to combine complex data from various sources to develop recommendations for our Category Management plans. Your insights will be presented in cross-functional forums, and you will have the opportunity to lead a project tracking and evaluating the execution of our iconic brand initiatives and seasonal campaigns.
You will also work closely with internal stakeholders from different functions to deliver compelling trade stories for our category management plans and seasonal campaigns. This role requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal communication and data management abilities.
Requirements:We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field. Previous Marketing or Nielsen experience is advantageous, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and a proactive work approach are essential. You should be fluent in English, and proficiency in Dutch is a valuable asset.
