Job SummaryWe are seeking an Assistant Trade Marketing professional to join our team. As a key member of our Trade Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in implementing our Category Management strategies for key accounts. Your primary focus will be on analyzing our performance and promotional activities in the Dutch market, providing valuable insights to inform our plans.
Main Responsibilities- Analyze market performance and promotional activities to inform Category Management strategies
- Develop recommendations to build plans ahead, presenting outcomes in cross-functional forums
- Lead a project tracking and evaluating the execution of Ferrero's iconic brand initiatives and seasonal campaigns within retailers
- Provide essential insights to ensure future growth, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders
- Deliver compelling trade stories for Category Management plans and seasonal campaigns, supporting Customer- and Category Development Managers
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, possessing strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal communication and data management abilities are essential. Previous Marketing or Nielsen experience is advantageous, as is proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and a proactive work approach. We value creativity and a passion for FMCG Marketing, with a willingness to bring an open-minded, diligent, and autonomous approach to tasks.
