The Social Hub Maastricht is seeking an exceptional Front Desk Ambassador to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of memorable.

We offer a competitive salary of €1,200 per month (approximately), commensurate with experience and location. Our compensation package includes on-the-job coaching and guidance, opportunities for career growth and development, and access to state-of-the-art facilities.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can work independently and as part of a team. As a Front Desk Ambassador, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing warm welcomes to all guests upon arrival;
  • Assisting guests at our self-check-in kiosks;
  • Preparing and serving local dishes in our restaurant;
  • Mixing cocktails and brewing coffee for our guests;
  • Answering questions about the city, recommending local attractions, and providing insider tips;
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our common areas.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • To be currently enrolled in a University studying Hospitality, Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business;
  • To have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • To be flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive;
  • To be able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • To be fluent in English and Dutch, with knowledge of other languages a bonus;
  • To have a strong passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service.
