Performance Excellence Lead

About the Role
The Performance Excellence Lead will be responsible for coordinating and leading the continued evolution of our Performance Excellence System (PE). This includes ensuring standardization of the provided tools and methods in compliance with the Performance Excellence Pillar House, as well as complying fully with local and safety regulations/standards and promoting a safety culture. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in production/Process or Project Management, and experience in Project Execution is a must. The ideal candidate will be fluent/Proficient in Dutch and English, a team player with a focus on the shop floor, and customer solutions focused. Additionally, experience in Food/validated environments, bio-tech or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
