Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Support Engineer to join our team at Ardo. As a Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing second-line technical support for our IT processes, ensuring that our end-users receive timely and effective assistance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support for IT processes, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
- Work closely with the application and infrastructure departments to identify and implement solutions to recurring problems.
- Develop and maintain documentation for technical procedures and processes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the user experience.
- Manage tickets and incidents using an ITSM system.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft operating systems, back office, and application software.
- Experience with collaboration tools, management software, and office and factory devices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in Dutch, English, and French.
