About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Support Engineer to join our team at Ardo. As a Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to our end-users, ensuring that our IT systems and processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide second-line and on-site technical support for our IT processes, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Proactively identify and implement solutions to recurring problems, improving the overall user experience.
  • Work closely with the application and infrastructure departments to ensure seamless integration and support.
  • Manage and document user notifications of IT issues, ensuring that all incidents are properly tracked and resolved.
  • Carry out operational and project assignments for setting up, expanding, and improving our IT service.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree or certificate in IT and have at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Have broad IT knowledge and experience with service desk methodologies, such as ITIL.
  • Be familiar with Microsoft operating systems, back office, and application software, as well as collaboration tools and management software.
  • Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Have a good knowledge of Dutch and English, with the ability to express yourself clearly in both languages.
