Job Summary

As a Management Consultant - Banking at Sia Partners, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients in the Banking sector. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping our clients navigate the complexities of the Banking industry and achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consulting missions
    • Develop and lead consulting projects in the Banking sector, leveraging your expertise to drive business value for our clients
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address client needs, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results
  • Commercial development
    • Contribute to the development of our market share in Banking in Belgium, ensuring our offers align with market needs
    • Support business development in The Netherlands, driving growth and expansion
  • Thought leadership
    • Develop in-depth knowledge of the Belgian and general Banking market
    • Analyze market trends, innovations, and evolutions to inform strategic decision-making
    • Develop thought leadership materials, such as case studies, expertise letters, and press articles
  • Team Guidance
    • Coach and mentor consultants, providing guidance on consulting teams and mission execution

Requirements

  • Master's degree from a reputable university (Business, Engineering, Economics, etc.)
  • Fundamental understanding of the Banking market
  • 5-10 years of experience in a consulting company, with a focus on Banking
  • Proven business development skills, with a track record of success
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive results-oriented projects
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
