About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at DEPT. As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services marketing, with experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategies, and customer insights. You will be responsible for synthesizing market, customer, and competitive insights to influence product roadmaps and develop audience segmentations and opportunity sizing.

You will also be responsible for creating customer feedback loops during the product and marketing development process to refine the product narrative and value proposition articulation. Additionally, you will develop product value propositions, narratives, customer messaging, naming, and external facing proof points.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement
  • Influence product roadmaps by synthesizing market, customer, and competitive insights
  • Create customer feedback loops during the product and marketing development process
  • Develop product value propositions, narratives, customer messaging, naming, and external facing proof points
  • Manage the go-to-market strategy and planning for product launches
  • Track customer engagement and product adoption of new features
  • Identify internal product market fit tracking metrics and synthesize customer feedback
  • Build up the value proposition leveraging the voice of the customer
  • Define key metrics for success and track progress against goals

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or digital marketing
  • Strong background in financial services marketing
  • Experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategies, and customer insights
  • Proven ability to drive innovation and execute projects with excellence
  • Success working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and excellent communication skills
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience with customer research techniques
  • Fluency in English and German language
