We're on a mission to revolutionize the world of merchandise with our innovative products and exceptional customer experience. As our B2B Growth Marketeer, you'll play a vital role in driving our growth strategy forward.

About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced and results-driven professional to lead our multi-channel growth marketing efforts. Your primary goal will be to increase customer acquisition and drive 3x annual revenue growth for 2025. You'll focus on four key countries: The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and the United Kingdom.

  • You'll collaborate with our paid specialists to develop and execute new campaigns and ads, driving new customers to our platform.
  • You'll work closely with our content team to create engaging social and email content that resonates with our target audience.
  • You'll optimize our organic blog content to attract more traffic and convert it into paying customers.
  • You'll also focus on outbound email campaigns to reach new customers and expand our user base.
Your Key Responsibilities:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong analytical mindset, be creative, and possess excellent communication skills. Here are some key tasks you'll undertake:

  • Analyze the effectiveness of our marketing channels using Google Analytics and our CRM system.
  • Develop and implement new growth strategies to improve our existing channels and explore new opportunities.
  • Work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
