Job OverviewWe're seeking a seasoned Global Account Growth Strategist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key global clients, delivering strategic marketing solutions, and overseeing the execution of campaigns across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for key global clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our capabilities and identify opportunities to coach clients on how to leverage them.
- Built and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing strategic counsel to clients, identifying new opportunities and areas for growth.
- Lead annual planning and strategy sessions with clients, ensuring alignment with their business and marketing objectives.
- Identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell of agency services to drive account growth.
- Manage the account P&L, ensuring revenue targets and profitability goals are met.
- Negotiate contracts, retainers, and fees with clients to ensure profitable engagements.

- 8+ years of experience in account management or client services within a marketing or advertising agency, with a focus on global or multi-regional accounts.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale marketing campaigns across diverse markets.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Financial acumen with experience managing account budgets and profitability.
- Familiarity with various marketing disciplines, including digital, social media, creative, and media planning.
Salary: €90,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
