At ATS Global, we are looking for a skilled Commercial Operations Manager to lead our growth strategy in the Benelux Area. This key role requires a dynamic leader to oversee sales processes, from prospecting to deal closure, and manage a team of 6 enthusiastic colleagues. Your proven track record in achieving sales targets and excellent leadership skills will be essential in driving our commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team
  • Oversee sales processes, from prospecting to deal closure
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across all channels
  • Build lasting relationships with key clients and partners

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with 2+ years in a people management role
  • A track record of hitting targets and growing business
  • Experience in software sales and partner management in operations technology
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
