Job Description:

The Animal Nutrition Market Growth Strategist will drive growth initiatives in the Animal Nutrition industry, specifically related to monogastric gut health applications in swine and poultry. This role contributes to the development and execution of market segment plans, ensuring alignment between functions to maximize effective positioning of Eastman's additive solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and prioritize strategic opportunities to drive market assessment, collect insights on market, competition, application, and technology, and define market gaps and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical service to develop a pipeline of customer and prospect opportunities for market segment plans.
  • Define and drive go-to-market activation of market segment plans, ensuring relevant marketing mix is defined and all functions are prepared to position relevant offers.
  • Prioritize and develop strategic opportunities, defining offers that match unmet needs with current and future Eastman product lines.
  • Owning the definition and implementation of marketing campaigns, briefing the communications team on planned campaigns, and their successful execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, or Veterinarian required; MBA or Marketing degree, or proven marketing career experience desired.
  • Minimum 7 years B2B experience in the Animal Nutrition Industry (ideally additives).
  • Experience executing marketing strategies or plans, driving results without direct authority, and developing value propositions.
  • Strong marketing capabilities, practical knowledge of marketing excellence tools, and experience with quantified value proposition development and value pricing.
Salary:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
