Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive strategies to drive paid and organic traffic while reducing reliance on paid sources, focusing on SEA (Search Engine Advertising) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
  • Manage our SEA agency to ensure alignment with company goals and optimize campaign performance.
  • Configure marketing tools for campaign performance tracking and automate email marketing campaigns for customer retention.
  • Implement marketing tools to support the entire customer journey, from acquisition to retention, enhancing the overall sales funnel performance.
  • Analyze and improve key performance metrics, including POAS, ROAS, CLTV, and CPA.
  • Optimize e-commerce operations to improve platform performance and provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop practical insights across the entire sales funnel, supporting overall marketing campaigns.

This role requires at least 5 years of experience in managing and optimizing e-commerce stores and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and managing SEA and SEO strategies.
