The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

The Animal Nutrition Market Growth Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing growth initiatives to drive business results. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collecting market insights and defining market gaps and growth opportunities;
  • Developing a pipeline of customer and prospect opportunities for the market segment plan;
  • Defining and driving the go-to-market activation of the market segment plan(s);
  • Developing and prioritizing strategic opportunities;
  • Responsible for defining offers that match unmet needs with current and future Eastman product lines;
  • Owning the definition and implementation of marketing campaigns;
  • Joint Responsibility with sales leader for opportunity/leads management for all growth opportunities for the assigned segment(s).
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition or a related field;
  • At least 7 years of B2B experience in the Animal Nutrition Industry (ideally additives);
  • Proven track record in driving results without direct authority;
  • Strong marketing capabilities and practical knowledge of a range of marketing excellence tools;
  • Experience in quantified value proposition development and value pricing.
