Digital Media Strategist

We're on a mission to rethink banking and make life easier for our growing user base in various countries. To support this growth, we're seeking a Digital Media Strategist to lead our offline media efforts and amplify our presence in the local market.
This role involves owning our relationship with offline media, using data-driven strategies to make our brand consistently visible and relevant to our users. You'll place our messaging in top-tier media, connect with audiences, and optimize campaign performance in your country (France, Germany, Spain, Ireland, or the Netherlands).
Key responsibilities include fully owning and executing our offline media initiatives, strategically identifying and negotiating offline media opportunities, and leveraging various offline advertising channels to maximize reach, drive engagement, and optimize campaign performance.
You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional marketing teams to:
- Fully own and execute our offline media initiatives, making our brand resonate with our users and boosting our visibility.
- Strategically identify and negotiate offline media opportunities to ensure impactful brand awareness and engagement.
- Leverage various offline advertising channels to maximize reach, drive engagement, and optimize campaign performance.
You have an in-depth understanding of media buying and optimization, know the difference between awareness ads and consideration ads, and can identify and evaluate paid media opportunities across various platforms.

We offer a competitive base salary of €65,000-€74,000 for France, €75,000 - €87,000 for Germany, €73,000 - €88,000 for the Netherlands, €75,000 - €87,000 for Ireland, and €55,000 - €64,000 for Spain. Additionally, you'll receive a MacBook, monthly contribution to your phone and internet bills, and participation in Friday drinks and other celebrations.
