Perrigo Netherlands seeks a talented Marketing Brand Manager to drive the success of our Davitamon brand. About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic marketing team and contribute to the growth of our consumer healthcare business. As Marketing Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance brand awareness, market positioning, and consumer loyalty. Your expertise will help shape the future of our brand, connecting with the next generation of consumers and empowering them to take control of their health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Brand Strategy: Develop and implement brand strategies to achieve business objectives, including market research, competitor analysis, and trend identification.
  2. Brand Identity: Maintain the brand's overall image, tone, and personality, ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
  3. Product Launches: Plan and execute successful product launches, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and sales.
  4. Marketing Campaigns: Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, working closely with the media & digital team to optimize campaign performance.
  5. Market Analysis: Utilize market research and consumer insights to understand target audiences, their needs, preferences, and behaviors, informing marketing strategies and tactics.
  6. Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
  7. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with the Central team to enhance brand performance.
Your Profile
  • You have a passion for consumer marketing and a proven track record of building successful brands.
  • You possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to draw conclusions from data and develop growth strategies.
  • You are a strong communicator and team player, with experience working in cross-functional teams to drive business results.
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch, with a university education or equivalent.
  • You have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a consumer marketing function.
