Quality Assurance Specialist Medical Devices

Are you an expert in quality and safety management systems? Do you want to further develop yourself and specialize at a globally renowned organization, contributing to a safer world by sharing your knowledge with companies and organizations?
We are looking for a Lead Auditor and specialist in the field of quality and environmental management within the medical devices industry. As a lead auditor, you will verify management systems independently or in a team, mainly within the medical devices sector.
Your goal is to contribute to the improvement of overall systems and broaden and deepen collaboration with our relations. You will act as an expert, examining and assessing the implementation of management systems at our clients across the country. As the first point of contact for your customers, you will maintain contact with them and ensure that their questions are answered internally.
You will be supported by various departments in our back office. For larger, more complex organizations, you will act as an account manager, ensuring that our services are optimal.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of a first degree in a relevant science subject, along with relevant postgraduate experience gained within the IVD industry, clinical laboratory, or medical research institution. Quality assurance experience would be an advantage.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the industry, preferably in various sectors.
- Wide knowledge of ISO & ISO Standards; Preferably successfully completed IRCA regd. Lead auditor training courses.
- Third-party auditing experience in the relevant sector.
- Familiarity with local law and regulations.
- Good verbal and written knowledge of both Dutch and English language.
- Preparedness to travel when necessary to visit locations abroad.
- Analytic insight and proactive attitude.
- Communicative and social skills.
- Qualification to other schemes ISO & ISO will be an added advantage.

Your estimated salary is around €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
