About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Automotive Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Lead Auditor, you'll play a crucial role in testing management systems in the quality field, with a focus on ISO and IATF standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Independently or as part of a team, conducting audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems;
- Acting as an expert to examine the implementation of management systems and provide recommendations for improvement;
- Contribute to overall quality and system improvement, as well as broadening and deepening cooperation with our relations.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Qualification as a third-party IATF or ISO Lead Auditor (a plus);
- Bachelor's or master's degree preferably in chemistry major;
- A minimum of four years' work experience in the Automotive Supply Industry in the last five years, preferably at an IATF-certified OEM or Tier / Tier supplier or as an IATF-qualified third-party auditor at a Certifying Body;
- Solid knowledge of process management, statistical techniques (MSA, SPC), and the application of APQP, PPAP & FMEA within the Automotive industry;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English;
- Willingsness to visit sites abroad with some regularity;
- Good communication and social skills.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
